You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us - please contact Sales@Luthierwatches.co.uk for return address.
The items within the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be in the original condition as purchased with full packaging provided.
In the event that your item is damaged or faulty, please contact Sales@Luthierwatches.co.uk to process a return as above, or for a replacement item in exchange for the faulty goods.
