OUR RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 30-day returns policy on all unworn watches and accessories, starting from the date you receive your order. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item for a full refund or exchange.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags and accessories must be included.
  • Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.

We’ll provide you with the return instructions, including the return address.

Package your item securely and include all original packaging and accessories.

Send your item back using a tracked postal service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Your refund will be made to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange your item, simply let us know when you start your return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
